The third annual Fashion’s Night Out kicks off tonight in New York and other cities around the USand the world. A global shopping celebration founded by Vogue Editor in Chief Anna Wintour, this evening extravaganza in its third year kicks off Fashion Week in New York. Stories in each city will be offering events, deals and even some opportunities for celebrity sightings. For example, Sephora is hosting events at its nine New York City locations. Stars scheduled to appear include Kat Von D, Kate Walsh, Kristen Bauer and Josie Maran.
